HYROX Classes
The only 90 minute group classes designed to prepare you for your next HYROX event or just get your stronger with improved endurance:.
- HYROX classes offered 5x/week multiple times a day at both of our locations.
- Develop strength for each of the 8 stations performed and intensive or extensive conditioning portions to develop your aerobic base and improve your lactate threshold
- Tuesday will be a running only class performed at a local track or out of the gym
- If you can only attend a 90min class time it will be totally fine if you need to leave at the 60min mark, this will still give you time to perform strength and conditioning.
What to expect?
Classes are all levels and can be adjusted in weight, intensity and volume to meet the needs of any individual.

All workouts are based on the core movements of the HYROX event: running, ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls.
All of our HYROX Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 90 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
